What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships by partnering with collaborators to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and achievements, while identifying and resolving project risks and roadblocks.
  • Build and assess current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Implement communication, training, and engagement plans.
  • Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting and executive updates.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and process requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and collaborator meetings to find opportunities and define solutions.
  • Translate complex project information into clear communications.
  • Support solution evaluation, testing, and business readiness efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Gaming experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and guiding cross-functional efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple collaborators.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and established guidelines.
  • Experience gathering and detailing business and functional requirements using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build process flows, gap analyses, and requirements documentation.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

$77,000 - $143,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
