Your role in action

Reporting to the Head of Partnering, you’ll support Sky Racing leaders with practical, real‑time people advice in a fast‑paced media environment. You’ll help leaders build strong teams, navigate day‑to‑day challenges, and create a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.

• Influence and lead contemporary people practices across our media business - Sky Racing.
• Support the delivery of change projects, ensuring readiness and seamless execution.
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent requirements.
• Partner with leaders to realise operating models and build strong-performing teams.
• Provide leadership coaching and mentoring for a consistent and progressive employee experience.
• Develop and interpret HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legislative requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed

You’re someone who builds trust quickly, communicates clearly, and enjoys working in environments that move at pace.

• Generalist HR experience as a Senior Advisor or Partner.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting leaders in fast‑paced settings.
• Exposure to ER case management.
• Clear communication and sound judgement.
• A practical, solutions‑focused approach.
