What You’ll Do
- Review customer due diligence documents and perform EDD when needed.
- Process payments via multiple providers with a risk-based approach.
- Conduct customer risk assessments and ongoing monitoring for Risk, Fraud, AML, and Responsible Gambling.
- Analyse, report, and handle chargeback disputes.
- Analyse and report Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) to the MLRO or deputy.
- Manage daily reports and alerts under the guidance of Team Leaders.
- Support other teams with customer-related queries.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret data and customer behaviour.
- Enjoys investigations and documenting findings.
- Understands and values responsible gambling.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in KYC and/or iGaming (required).
- Experience in payment processing (preferred).
- Experience in Risk & Fraud, familiar with MGA and EU AML regulations (preferred).
