KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Administration:

  • Handle incoming correspondence and office guests.

  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the workspace is tidy and functional.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, and organise internal team events.

HR Support:

  • Support the new hire onboarding experience, from preparing workstations to conducting initial orientations.

  • Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Help execute employee engagement initiatives - wellbeing, team buildings etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good organisational skills and meticulous attention to details.

  • Lithuanian language in native level (written and verbal), upper intermediate English language.

  • Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
