Let’s start with the role

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who operates as a true business partner to senior and technology leadership teams, owning accountability for organizational health, scalability, and performance alongside the business. This role is embedded in the business and focused on turning strategy into execution by shaping organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness, while using data and insight to drive impactful decisions in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will:
  • Act as a strategic counterpart to business and technology leaders, owning shared performance targets and work KPIs.
  • Design and optimize organizational structures for scalability, execution, and role clarity within technology and product environments.
  • Lead workforce planning, capability planning, succession, and leadership pipeline development aligned to business growth needs.
  • Coach and challenge senior leaders through transformation, complexity, and operational change.
  • Leverage people analytics and organizational metrics to diagnose issues and drive action.
  • Partner with leaders during performance, reward, and engagement cycles, shaping proposals and ensuring strong post-cycle execution.
  • Translate engagement and feedback data into focused leadership action plans with clear accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Reward, Learning, HR Operations) to deliver integrated solutions for technical and business-critical teams.
  • Embed a culture of ownership, delivery excellence, continuous feedback, and high performance.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or strategic business-facing role.
  • Proven experience partnering with technology, product, or engineering leadership teams in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as an equal business partner with shared accountability for outcomes and KPIs.
  • Track record of leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, and leadership capability initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, metrics, and insights to guide leadership decisions.
  • Executive-level communication, coaching, and influencing capability.
  • Experience in international or matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline.
