How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that power our next-generation platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliver impactful features.
• Lead technical design and architecture discussions, making thoughtful, well-reasoned decisions that support long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability, ensuring low latency and high availability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to modern development standards and best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and alignment with architectural guidelines.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies and the full product development lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant innovations to continuously improve existing systems.

Who You Are:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and its frameworks (such as Express or NestJS), with the ability to design and build scalable backend services.
• Solid experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with Vue.js is considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and practical experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, as well as integrating third-party services and external systems.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, and understanding of event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Good understanding of application performance optimization, scalability principles, and secure coding practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience working within the online gaming and/or sports betting industry, with an understanding of its regulatory, scalability, and high-availability demands.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and message broker technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Redis.
• Practical experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts, including service communication, fault tolerance, and observability in cloud-native environments.
