Digital Media - Marketing Executive We are seeking a versatile Marketing Executive to support all social media efforts, with a strong focus on media-driven channels like YouTube and Spotify. This role involves overseeing and coordinating content across platforms, ensuring it is engaging, consistent, and aligned with brand goals. The ideal candidate will track and interpret analytics to improve reach and engagement, and contribute insights that strengthen our overall social media strategy. Responsibilities: 
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate closely with the media production team to plan and organise upcoming content, ensuring all materials are prepared for publication and maintaining a smooth workflow from creation to final upload.
  • Content Optimisation: Optimise published videos by adjusting metadata, descriptions, tags, and overall presentation to maximise reach and engagement. Apply best practices for visibility across platforms and make data-driven tweaks based on performance and evolving trends.
  • Thumbnail Collaboration: Work with the design team to create compelling, brand-aligned thumbnails that capture attention, enhance click-through rates, and are continuously refined for optimal visual impact.
  • Short Clip Creation: Produce and adapt high-quality snippets or short clips that promote full-length videos, tailoring formats to each platform to attract new audiences and drive traffic effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret analytics to assess content performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver clear insights and recommendations to guide future content decisions.
  • Platform Trends & Updates: Stay up to date with the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes on YouTube, Spotify, and other relevant platforms, ensuring content strategies are aligned with current best practices and audience behaviour.
  • Creative Contribution & Support: Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and promotional activations, while also performing any additional marketing tasks as needed to support overall departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content management roles.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and strategies to drive audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing content on YouTube and Spotify is a plus.
