As a Junior Multimedia/DTP you’ll be responsible for producing all assigned marketing collateral both creatively and technically, working closely with the Head of studio, Studio Leads, Copywriters and designers, and stakeholders in the business to ensure that creative outputs consistently fulfil business requirements and also drive the business in new and exciting directions.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Graphic Design – Digital and Print

  • Create and develop designs, visual approaches, look and feels and layouts for various digital and print requirements

  • Interpret and execute creative briefs from concept to roll-out

  • Deliver work that is in line and compliant with the CI and keep to brand tone of voice.

  • Design for print and digital collateral for the brands across media and platforms

  • Roll-out of design elements with a strong focus on consistency

  • Attention to detail on delivery of any asset/s with focus on quality, craft and consistency

  • Set-up and execute print ready files

  • Be agile to adapt to urgent business needs and reshuffle work as needed.

  • Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

• Conceptualisation and Ideation

  • Create impactful designs based on brief

  • Ability to design and create look and feel for briefs

• Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaboration with all stakeholders across levels

  • Actively adding to a positive team culture and developing strong working relationships with team and other stakeholders.

  • Attend daily stand up meetings

  • Follow instruction and take direction from your lead

  • Actively seeks guidance from lead to foster growth, collaboration.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

• 3 year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Design Communication

• 2-4 years experience in a design/ multimedia role

• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft office

• Time management and project management skills for self, delivering tasks on time

• Ability to apply feedback, trends and best practice in practical and effective ways to the brand and business

• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey design choices clearly and effectively.

• Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.

• Attention to detail, ensuring and maintain quality of work.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities

• Understanding of the creative process.

• Agile approach to work

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent teamwork and ability to work with leadership

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It will be valuable if you also have the following skills:

• Knowledge of sports betting markets

• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry

• Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Energy and willingness to learn, develop and hone skills as well as take direction well.
