Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of a structured, brand-led marketing strategy for our casino operations.
The role will be responsible for building consistent brand positioning, improving cross-channel marketing execution, and ensuring alignment between acquisition, CRM, content, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
• Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and refine a clear and differentiated brand identity.
• Define brand tone of voice, positioning, and value proposition.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines (visual, messaging, promotional structure).
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Marketing Channel Coordination
• Support and coordinate brand promotion across social media, influencers & streamers, ATL campaigns, CRM campaigns, and affiliate/acquisition channels.
• Ensure campaign messaging is aligned across all channels.
• Assist in planning seasonal and promotional calendars.
Cross-Department Alignment
• Liaise with CRM, Acquisition, Content, Design, Product, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure brand & localistation guidelines are followed consistently.
• Act as central coordination point for marketing initiatives.
• Improve communication flow between departments.
Agency & Partner Management
• Coordinate with external marketing and creative agencies.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Monitor performance and provide structured feedback.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
• Track marketing campaign performance (engagement, CTR, CPA, retention uplift, etc.).
• Identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with data and acquisition teams to support optimization decisions.
Process & Best Practice Development
• Establish structured marketing workflows.
• Develop campaign briefing templates.
• Introduce clear performance reporting standards.
• Build scalable processes that can later support additional brands.
Success Metrics
• Improved brand consistency across channels.
• Increase in engagement metrics (email CTR, social interaction, campaign participation).
• Measurable improvement in acquisition efficiency (CPA stability or reduction).
• Clear brand positioning defined and documented.
• Established repeatable marketing processes.
