Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator

Location: South Africa

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Marketing Co-ordinator to support our South African team in both primary and administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, self-motivated, and eager to learn. You will work closely with the South African Country Manager and Marketing Manager, and collaborate with various internal teams including Acquisition Marketing, Retention Marketing, and the Creative Department.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Assist with general marketing administrative tasks. Co-ordinate and track marketing briefs. Update and monitor the South African marketing budget. Collaborate with marketing teams to create media packs for regulatory submission. Obtain and analyse flighting reports from media suppliers. Track and manage schedules from Out-of-Home (OOH) providers. Gather materials for presentations (slide decks, proposals, videos). Research and update competitor database for comparative analysis. Work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative teams to ensure effective feedback implementation. Manage workflow updates and track progress from a WIP (Work in Progress) perspective. Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups. Contribute to strategic discussions. Understand market segmentation and dynamics. Manage print contractors and promotional vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Matric/Grade 12 (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Relevant marketing degree or diploma (beneficial)

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required
