The Role:

The Multiple is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Intern to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in technology and would like to gain practical experience in IT support.

The successful candidate will assist the IT team with daily technical tasks, support employees with basic IT issues and help maintain company equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help staff with basic IT problems.
• Provide first- and second-line IT support.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS and business software.
• Help install, repair and maintain computers and IT equipment.
• Set up computers, applications and other devices for users.
• Keep IT equipment and inventory records up to date.
• Clean and maintain company IT equipment.
• Log and update support requests in the ICT ticketing system.
• Escalate more complex IT issues to the relevant team member.
  

 Requirements:

• An interest in IT, computers and technology.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS or iOS.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to learn and help others.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A responsible and professional attitude.
