Role Overview:
The role will report into the Gaming Operations Team Lead. Specifically, you will perform activities across the following main areas: portal and content management, setting up new game content. The Operations Executive will work closely with technical, product management and marketing members of our organization, therefore strong communication skills are important. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
This is a key role working within the Gaming Operations team. The team is focused on the smooth operation of our Gaming products with responsibility for a wide range of areas including content management, compliance, working closely with our platform providers and regulators on their requirements, aligning with internal and external testing teams, aligning with development timelines for releases, and looking for automation opportunities and process improvements that enable us to scale without requiring additional manual processes.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to overall Gaming, FanDuel, and Mohegan Sun operational performance.
- Responsible for the display of all aspects of FanDuel and Mohegan Sun Gaming desktop and mobile presence. Content management of web and mobile sites; game launches, and use of specialized backend systems like Prismic (CMS), JIRA, Confluence. Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all products. Track and report on all site metrics.
- Setting up new game content.
- Focus on driving results and problem solving on a daily basis.
- Contribute to best practices for operational execution.
- Contribute to planning excellence by providing input on what to improve and which processes to onboard as a team.
- Future Ready: Demonstrating curiosity and openness toward AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and share knowledge.

- Exceptional communication, organizational skills and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in using multiple reporting tools.

Desirable Skills & Experience :
- Experience or exposure to Marketing planning and Product planning/development or Project Management.
- Knowledge or exposure of using gaming software, Prismic (CMS), JIRA and Confluence, Microsoft Office.
- Recommended experience of working in e-commerce.
- Working knowledge, operational understanding and an extended experience and good understanding of internet technology and devices.
- HTML editing and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Fluency in English essential.
