We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR Project Manager to join our People Solutions team, responsible for delivering a portfolio of people initiatives spanning core HR programmes and large-scale, technology-enabled projects. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering a seamless, positive people experience across the entire employee lifecycle by building strong HR foundations, simplifying and standardising people processes, and implementing scalable, compliant systems.
You will lead and support the end-to-end delivery of HR projects, including global technology implementations such as HR systems, digital tools, and process automation, alongside broader people, process, and change initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including HR, Technology, Legal, Finance, and external vendors—you will ensure projects are planned, governed, and executed effectively, delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget.
