Reporting to:
Head of People Data and Operations

As our HR People Generalist, you will be a vital part of the People team, ensuring the smooth execution of our daily operations while contributing to a high-standard employee experience. This role is designed for a proactive professional with existing People Partnering experience who can balance core administrative compliance with a strategic focus on Talent Management and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities

As our HR People Generalist, you will be responsible for:

  • Lifecycle Management: Leading the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including coordinating and delivering engaging induction sessions.

  • Foreign National Support: Preparing and managing work permit applications, employment licenses, and renewals to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Data Integrity: Maintaining the HRIS to ensure the database is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local legislation.

  • Stakeholder Support: Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, leveraging your People Partnering background to provide guidance on company policies, compensation, and benefits.

  • Reporting: Compiling ad-hoc and scheduled reports using HRIS and Excel to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Assistance: Supporting PeopleOps sub-teams such as Workplace Services and Comms with general tasks related to events and office operations, ordering and inventory, to maintain essential service levels and improve system automations.

Requirements

As this is an internal role, we value your deep understanding of our company culture. We are looking for a hybrid professional—someone who has mastered the technicalities of HR administration but possesses the mindset of a People Partner.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a People Experience or Talent Management role is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: A "compliance-first" mindset with a strong eye for detail in documentation and payroll data.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel and significant experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Agility: The ability to maintain a high level of service across multiple administrative streams (HR, Payroll, Office Admin) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with external authorities, suppliers, and internal leadership. Advanced English proficiency is a must.
