About Flutter Functions:
The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of HR Operations Partners who manage end-to-end customer queries, HR transactions, and projects. This role ensures seamless collaboration with HR People Partners, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, Reward, and Payroll teams. The position holder acts as a trusted consultant, ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and company policies, while driving process improvement, data accuracy, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of HR Operations Partners, covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Communicate with HR departments across company locations to ensure efficient and unified collaboration.
- Act as a consultant for HR teams and department leaders to ensure correct implementation of HR processes according to legislation and internal policies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data for reporting (weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc).
- Provide expert information on labor law, HR policies, and practices to both employees and management.
- Support and participate in HR projects, audits, and integrations between local and global systems.
- Prepare and manage legal HR documents (hiring, terminations, certificates) and oversee personnel files and Reges Online submissions.
- Collaborate with IT/HR systems teams to automate and update internal software for process optimization.
- Draft and analyze reports on employees and employment data.
- Encourage and support team members’ professional development by identifying opportunities and providing continuous coaching.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze team performance, and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation, including Reges Online.
- HR qualification/certification is an advantage.
- Solid Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively in high-volume situations.
