Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and workforce planning. This role aligns HR strategies with business objectives, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. The HRBP collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
In addition to recruiting, the HRBP provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role leverages data-driven insights to proactively address talent gaps, support succession planning, and enhance overall workforce effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise, strong business acumen, and hands-on employee relations experience, including conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace compliance.

Position Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring and talent plans aligned with recruitment goals
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for a wide range of roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, structured interview processes, and selection criteria
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top and diverse talent pipelines
- Analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and workforce planning
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and effective new hire experience
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance, coaching, and conflict resolution support
- Conduct employee relations investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions in alignment with company policy and legal requirements
- Support and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs and support the development and delivery of learning initiatives
- Contribute to organizational development efforts, including succession planning and talent development strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements; support audits and compliance reporting activities
- Develop, track, and analyze HR metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership to inform decision-making
- Leverage data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making across multiple levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, and employment law
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee issues with discretion
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and managing candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS/ATS)
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
- Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives and onboarding programs
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in a fast-growing or matrixed organization
