Your Experience:
- Previous experience in fraud prevention and payment risk management within the iGaming industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as AML and KYC across multiple jurisdictions.
- Background in the gambling industry with a deep understanding of betting and gambling products and their associated risks, particularly regarding fraud and payment vulnerabilities.
- Hands-on experience using data analytics tools to identify patterns and trends in fraud and payment activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team while fostering a culture of risk awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment, delivering within specified deadlines.

What You Will Do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures specifically tailored to fraud prevention and payment risk management, ensuring risk management is central to all departmental activities.
- Manage day-to-day fraud detection and prevention efforts, utilizing advanced tools and technologies to monitor suspicious activities and reduce fraud risks.
- Implement strategies to enhance payment security and minimize financial risks associated with transactions.
- Analyze payment data to identify trends and patterns in activities, ensuring timely detection and response to potential fraud.
- Identify and address the training needs of the team, developing programs to ensure staff are equipped to manage fraud and payment risks effectively.
- Engage with third-party providers to integrate advanced fraud detection and payment risk solutions into the organizationβs systems.
- Prepare and present detailed risk reports and analyses to the executive team and relevant committees, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for fraud and payment risk issues to ensure swift resolution and continuous process improvement.
- Establish and maintain a monitoring and quality assurance program to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in fraud and payment risk management.
- Support the professional growth of colleagues within the Risk department and mentor those seeking to expand their knowledge in fraud prevention and payments risk management.
