Growth Manager – PP Sports

We’re looking for a Growth Manager – PP Sports to join our PP Sports Team at Paddy Power part of Flutter UK & Ireland.

The Growth Manager role will lead the performance, optimisation, and future evolution of Paddy’s Rewards Club (PRC) and the Free to Play (FTP) proposition within the Paddy Power Sports Business.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of customer generosity, loyalty and engagement. You’ll operate as the commercial owner of one of our largest generosity investment areas and our most valuable engagement mechanics, working cross-functionally to drive measurable return on investment, retention and long-term customer value.

The role embraces the Paddy Power culture and ways of working, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration across squads and tribes. You will have significant exposure to Senior Management across Paddy Power and Flutter and will play a key role in shaping future growth strategies.

This role reports into the Head of Growth and has one direct report.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the strategic and commercial lead for loyalty within Paddy Power Sports, owning the vision, performance and evolution of Paddy’s Rewards Club and exploring new loyalty propositions to deliver business outcomes.

  • Define and drive the long-term loyalty strategy, evolving existing mechanics and identifying new opportunities to maximise retention, engagement and long-term customer value.

  • Work in close partnership with the Reward & Play team within the UKI Sports Super Tribe, leveraging product and technology capabilities to design, test and scale innovative loyalty solutions.

  • Own the end-to-end commercial performance and strategic direction of Paddy Power Sports’ Free To Play (FTP) proposition.

  • Manage and optimise the existing FTP portfolio, delivering strong day-to-day performance and standout execution across key sporting moments.

  • Work closely with third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality, innovative FTP experiences that deliver against commercial and customer objectives.

  • Provide sports-specific input into acquisition strategy, ensuring generosity, incentives and engagement mechanics are aligned to drive sustainable growth and measurable ROI.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstratable experience in a B2C environment within a functional area.

  • A strong understanding of commercial performance and what levers within the business can be used to influence that performance.

  • Self-starter mentality to drive momentum into initiatives to take them from inception to completion.

  • Experience in working with a very wide variety of stakeholders across a complex / matrix organisation.

  • Ability to clearly communicate relevant updates to senior stakeholders.
