As a Greek Sports Trader, you will be part of the sportsbook trading team. To further expand our presence in the Greek market, the role involves creating tailored odds for core sports in the Greek market, monitoring bets and risk, and staying updated on domestic Greek sports news.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of pre-match odds for all Greek domestic sports leagues, as well as for Politics, Entertainment, and any special PR requests. You may also need to assist with other sports as required.
• Compile player props and season markets.
• Analyse Greek clients.
• Work closely with the Greek Commercial and Marketing team.
• Monitor market prices and manage liabilities.
• Assist in the development of the Greek product by introducing new and unique markets, ensuring a competitive offering.
• Manage customer relationships and profiling.
• Report errors effectively.
• Provide monthly and yearly reports on league performance.
• Train new pre-match traders.
• Build strong relationships within the sports team.
• Ensure all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience

• Possessing a good understanding of sportsbook products and a passion for sports in general.

• Strong knowledge of sports odds compiling

• Having strong mathematical abilities, including a basic knowledge of statistics and probabilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office tools (especially excel)

• Able to think quickly and work under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrating excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledgeable about Greek domestic leagues.

• Fluent in both Greek and English.

• Available to work unsocial hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

• Must be willing to travel to Malta for training.
