About the Role:

On behalf of our iGaming client, we are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented  FP&A Officer to take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our company. This role is crucial in providing key financial insights to support business growth and optimize financial performance. Reporting directly to Management, you will play a strategic role in ensuring accurate financial analysis, scenario planning, and decision support.

Your Impact: 

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.
  • Support revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and margin optimization efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts and budgets, explaining deviations and recommending corrective actions.
  • Perform scenario planning, risk assessment, and financial impact analysis of new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to align financial planning with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax implications, and financial reporting standards.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to Management to drive company growth and sustainability.

What you bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the iGaming, fintech, or tech sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of iGaming financial structures, player behavior analytics, and key revenue drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of managing financial operations while reporting to Management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide insights that drive business success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with BI tools and ERP systems used in the iGaming sector.
  • Understanding of player acquisition costs, retention metrics, and lifetime value analysis.
  • Knowledge of international taxation and compliance in regulated gaming markets.
