Purpose of the role:As a Director of Product-Sportsbook & Gaming, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and performance of our Sportsbook and Gaming product verticals. Reporting to the Managing Director of Product, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our multi-tenant betting and iGaming platform, driving product innovation, maximising commercial value, and delivering exceptional experiences for operators and players across multiple regulated markets. You will be the owner of product strategy, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives across Sportsbook, Casino, Live Casino, Personalisation, and Automation capabilities. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Commercial, Data, Operations, and B2B stakeholders to ensure our platform remains competitive, scalable, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Sportsbook & Gaming product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Owning the commercial performance of the Sportsbook and Gaming portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, engagement, retention, and operator satisfaction.
- Driving the evolution of our Sportsbook and Gaming platform to support multiple integration models, including APIs, iFrames, and third-party platform integrations.
- Establish and promote best-practice product management, governance, and delivery processes.
- Drive product innovation through market analysis, customer feedback, competitor research, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Data, Commercial, and B2B teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Partner with Product leaders across PAM, Payments, Marketing, Compliance, and CRM to deliver seamless operator tooling and player experiences.
- Engage directly with customers, partners, and suppliers to understand market needs and help shape product direction.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and commercial outcomes using data-driven decision-making.
- Represent the Product function in customer engagements, executive discussions, and roadmap communications.
- Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and responsible gaming requirements across all target markets.
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in Product Management experience within the online betting and iGaming industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Sportsbook, Casino, and player engagement products.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing product teams.
- Experience defining product strategy and delivering commercially successful outcomes.
- Knowledge of regulated betting and iGaming markets.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers, integrations, and platform ecosystems.
- Stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commercial mindset combined with a passion for delivering market-leading customer experiences.
- Experienced working within a B2B betting, gaming, or SaaS platform environment.
