The Role

Location: Gibraltar, on-site.

We're looking for a Casino Operations Executive to help keep Midnite's casino firing on all cylinders.

If you're looking to break into the online gaming industry, this is a front-row seat. You'll be hands-on testing new games before they go live, helping launch new providers, making sure everything meets regulatory requirements, and supporting our expansion into new markets.

It's a role with real variety. One day you'll be putting the latest slot through its paces, the next you'll be helping us prepare for launch in a brand-new market. Every detail matters because your work helps make sure players get the smooth, high-quality casino experience they expect from Midnite.

You will:

• Test new casino games and product features before they go live, ensuring a seamless player experience.

• Support the onboarding of new gaming providers, coordinating integrations from initial setup through to launch.

• Carry out compliance checks to ensure casino content meets regulatory and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

• Support the launch of new markets by helping prepare casino content, providers, and product readiness.

• Build strong relationships with gaming providers and collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Compliance, and Tech teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and provider information while identifying opportunities to improve operational processes

• The next Midniter:

• Has a genuine interest in the online casino or wider iGaming industry.

• Has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working accurately in compliance-focused environments.

• Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Is a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

• Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational data.

• Is proactive, curious, eager to learn, and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Previous iGaming experience is beneficial but not essential
