Position Summary 
Under direction of the SVP AeroAdvantage, you will oversee a portfolio of leased engines and rotable equipment to maximize profitability, ensure compliance with contracts, and optimize operational performance.  He/she must analyze market trends to negotiate terms, and use technology to track critical dates, costs, and risks through the development and execution of a strategic plan that advances the company's mission and objectives as well as promotes revenue, profitability, and orders growth as an organization.

Position Responsibilities 
  • Manage the lifecycle and availability of aeroderivative gas turbine lease engines and rotable components to ensure readiness for customer outages, exchanges, and emergency deployments.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and configuration managements for all leased engines, modules, and rotable inventory including serial number, hours/cycles, maintenance status, and configuration history.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Field Service, Depot Operations, and Logistics to plan engine swaps, module exchanges, and rotable deployments supporting planned and forced outages.
  • Develop and maintain asset utilization plans to optimize fleet availability, minimize downtime, and maximize return on leased assets.
  • Track and forecast maintenance requirements including hot-section intervals, module repairs, inspections, and overhaul planning.
  • Oversee asset storage, preservation, and transportation readiness, ensuring engines and modules are properly maintained and deployable.
  • Support commercial and customer service teams with asset availability, configuration data, and technical documentation required for proposals and contract execution.
  • Monitor asset performance, reliability trends, and repair history to inform lifecycle planning and improve asset management strategies.
  • Ensure accurate integration of asset data within ERP, CMMS, and asset management systems to improve transparency, forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Maintain clear documentation including workscope summaries, asset histories, maintenance records, and readiness reports.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and depot teams to ensure critical rotables inventory levels are maintained to support customer commitments.
  • Provide regular reporting on asset utilization, availability, maintenance status, and financial performance of leased assets.
  • Support Sales and Commercial Teams in proposal development.
  • Ensure PES EH&S program is adhered to across all jobs ensuring corrective actions for any deficiencies are taken immediately.
  • Stay abreast of, and provide proactive solutions for potential problems, work interference, schedule difficulties, employee issues and/or client issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in gas turbine operations, asset management, maintenance planning, or power generation services.
  • Strong knowledge of aeroderivative gas turbine platforms such as LM2500, LM6000, LMS100, or similar technologies.
  • Experience managing engine modules, rotables, or fleet lifecycle programs within power generation, oil & gas, or aviation-derived turbine industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across operations, field service, depot repair, logistics, and commercial teams.
  • Experience working with asset tracking systems, ERP, or CMMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track run hours, cycles, maintenance intervals, and asset performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assets and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to support rapid response and outage support environments where asset availability is critical.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Experience supporting Level IV depot repair operations or turbine overhaul programs
  • Ability to analyze fleet data to drive utilization improvements, maintenance forecasting, and financial optimization of leased assets.
  • Ability to develop detailed financial plans and execute to a budget.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Able to communicate effectively with all levels internal to the organization as well as externally to key customer contacts.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
