- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Agile Coaches and Delivery Assurance Leads, allocating them to tribes based on project needs, experience, and development goals. Foster the professional growth of team members, ensuring they thrive in their roles supporting the super tribe.
- Vision and Strategy Alignment: Ensure Agile practices align with the product vision and business strategy, translating objectives into actionable coaching and delivery initiatives.
- Methodology Adaptation: Oversee the adaptation of Agile frameworks to meet team-specific needs while maintaining consistency in principles across the super tribe.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Mentor Agile Coaches and Delivery Assurance Leads, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Provide hands-on coaching to large Agile teams on scaled initiatives, enhancing practices, resolving impediments, and boosting performance.

- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Promote documentation of Agile practices, lessons learned, and success stories to build a shared organisational knowledge base.
- Community Building: Nurture communities of practice for Agile practitioners, encouraging collaboration and best-practice sharing.
- Performance Measurement: Define and monitor Agile health metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, team morale, customer satisfaction), using insights to drive improvement and report trends at tribe and super tribe levels.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to embed agility and collaboration into the organisational culture, managing resistance and supporting Agile transformations.
