The Team Lead Analytics and Insights is responsible for the daily management of their team. They provide guidance, mentoring and support to all direct reports. This role provides the necessary mentoring which includes forums such as regular employee one on one meetings and team meetings. They ensure team members have the tools and skillsets needed. The Team Lead Analytics and Insights is accountable for KPI setting with their team.  They conduct the appraisals of team members and are responsible for assisting with career development. The Team Lead Analytics and Insights also ensures all third party and internal escalations to the analyst team are handled in a professional manner.

Channel

The Team Lead Analytics and Insights ensures all marketing channels are monitored, all aspects of the acquisition finals are reviewed and updated and any issues with traffic conversions and CPA are raised with the necessary stakeholders.

Analysis

The Team Lead Analytics and Insights conducts Analysis and answers business questions from stakeholders across departments. This role builds reports/dashboards, models, and proof of concepts, partnering with relevant teams to determine campaign effectiveness using performance data. They assist the marketing team to determine ROI and monetary impact of acquisition efforts improving the flow of reporting/explanations and rationale; whilst explaining performance to relevant stakeholders. They maintain knowledge, expertise and best procreates on a suite of data & BI technologies to promote appropriate adoption with the team.

Reporting and best practice

The Team Lead Analytics and Insights is responsible for maintaining and enhancing all reporting tools. They complete comprehensive and accurate month end reports for all entities as well as any other ad hoc reporting requests. This role is accountable for continuously updating monitoring concepts, ideas, and tools to ensure maximum efficiency of the team. The Team Lead Analytics and Insights contributes to the improvement, innovation, and optimisation of processes to improve efficiency and add value. They ensure quality of execution and reporting of data analytics. They keep up to date with the relevant developments in their field.
