Responsibilities
• Able to
focus in obtaining, verifying and approve required documents, regardless of
circumstances, by using all existing communication methods and while adhering
to existing guidelines;
• Able to
identify client requests, asking targeted questions in a courteous manner and
providing a fast and accurate resolution;
• Able to
work independently and simultaneously with customers through all established
communication channels (chat, e-mail, phone) to proactively resolve any
inquiries regarding games, bets, financial transactions and any other related
products or services provided by the company;
• Able to
efficiently gather feedback pertaining to TotoGaming.ro products and services,
by proactively reaching out to clients using all available means of
communication, including outbound calls;
• Able to
provide quality assistance not just to clients, but to colleagues as well,
actively contributing to the overall team synergy;
• Adhere to
a high level of performance and service delivery, by reaching the established
KPIs;
• Identify
and report malfunctions and service interruptions to the appropriate technical
departments;
• Adhere to
and follow the rules and guidelines listed in the RIVOGTG Internal Rules
Handbook;
• Accomplish
all other tasks as required by upper management.
• Ability
to focus in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to details;
• Excellent
communication skills, both in verbal and written form;
• Problem
solving abilities, coupled with active listening;
• Proficient
in Romanian, with emphasis on the Romanian grammar;
• Able to
work efficiently without supervision (ability to prioritize, plan, execute and
exert self-control);

attitude, calm and patient, with the ability to work under pressure;
