System Integration & APIs

  • Develop and maintain system-to-system integrations using APIs (REST, webhooks)
  • Integrate automation workflows with CRE platforms (e.g. CAFM, access control, desk booking, SharePoint, Oracle)
  • Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and logging standards

Low-Code & Digital Tools

  • Build supporting applications using Power Apps where required

  • Translate business requirements into structured automation designs

Collaboration & Governance

  • Collaborate with CRE stakeholders and enterprise technology partners on standards and integration patterns
  • Maintain clear documentation and change records for all automations
  • Support enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement of automation solutions

AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Exposure to AI-enabled automation tools (e.g. Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar platforms)
  • Basic understanding of how AI agents or AI-assisted workflows can be integrated into automation solutions
  • Ability to incorporate AI components into automation workflows where they enhance efficiency or user experience
  • Understanding of when to use AI versus traditional automation approaches
  • Interest in emerging technologies and willingness to continuously develop skills in AI-supported automation

Requirements:

Essential

  • 3–5 years’ experience in automation engineering or RPA-focused roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath, Workato, Power Automate, or similar platforms
  • Proven experience with API-based system integrations
  • Experience delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar) to enhance automation workflows
