Playtech’s People & Culture Team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Data Coordinator to join us in Kyiv, Ukraine.  

Please note this is a Maternity Cover role (12 months) 

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Support the global People & Culture function by helping maintain accurate, reliable, and well-structured people data.
  • Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly people reports (headcount, newcomers/leavers, etc.) used by various business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the operation of HR systems and tools, including the coordination of data updates, requests, and general system upkeep.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across People Analytics, HR Operations, L&D, and C&B to ensure information flows smoothly and processes run efficiently.
  • Provide support on key People & Culture cycles and initiatives, including training activities, organisational updates, and broader P&C projects. 

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in a relevant HR related position, such as HR Administrator, HR Generalist, or Analyst, or in a role where you have worked with structured people-related data.
  • Posses a university degree, ideally in a field that supports structured thinking (e.g., business, economics, analytics, or similar)
  • Are proficient in Excel (working confidently with formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and structured datasets.)
  • Have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with structured information.
  • Are organised, reliable, and capable of managing several smaller tasks or priorities in parallel. 
  • Communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and work well with cross-functional partners.
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through consistently. 

You'll get extra points for...

  • Experience or familiarity with Power Query or Power Pivot.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Leapsome, HRIS, or other HR platforms)
