What’s the position?
We are looking for a charismatic, camera ready content creator to become the on-screen face of HRG. This role is focused on creating high-volume, engaging video content across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
This is not a traditional marketing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing daily content, hosting live gameplay sessions, and building a recognizable presence that connects with our audience and drives user engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
Create daily short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Host regular live gameplay sessions on Facebook and other platforms
Act as the on-camera personality representing the brand
Showcase gameplay in a natural, entertaining, and engaging way
Develop content ideas that feel organic, not scripted or promotional
Engage with audience during live streams and in comments
Collaborate with internal team on campaigns, messaging, and creative direction
Continuously test and optimize content formats based on performance

What are we looking for?
Naturally charismatic, confident, and comfortable on camera
Strong communication skills with a conversational, relatable tone
Energetic, fun, and able to build connection quickly with viewers
Strong understanding of social media content trends and formats
Experience creating video content (personal or professional)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
Ability to create content independently and consistently
Strong sense of what makes content engaging and shareable
Comfortable being the public face of a brand
Travel to the US may be expected
Experience or familiarity with slot games and casino environments is strongly preferred.
A genuine personal interest in casual slot play or casino visits is considered a strong asset.
Nice to have:
Experience with live streaming (Facebook Live, TikTok Live, YouTube)
Background in gaming or entertainment content
Understanding of audience engagement and retention tactics
Basic graphic or thumbnail design skills
