Working within the Gaming Customer team, the Commercial team are responsible for planning and delivering the most exciting parts of the Gaming promotions calendar and new product and functionality launches.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll be working across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups to deliver the most exciting promotional and product proposition to our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering go to market plans for big ticket gaming product enhancements and promotions
Working with the experimentation team to test and learn on product and content improvements
Contribute to the development of new branded games in collaboration with the content team
Effective communication of gaming campaigns, monthly plans and performance results at all levels
Delivering monthly & quarterly ‘best at new content’ campaigns
Building and improving understanding of customer insight and performance drivers, and using this knowledge to inform plans
Demonstrating knowledge of industry and competitor activity by sharing information in monthly All Hands forum and using learnings to inform commercial plans.
Building collaborative relationships across CVM, Planning, Ops and Brand to effectively get information and support on optimisation and delivery of plans.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with external Games Suppliers, communicating promotional activity and getting information and support on delivery of plans.
Deliver campaigns from the promotion plans from end to end including ideation, planning, brand briefing, asset creation, testing and reporting across all gaming products
Contribute to Ideation, Scoping & Feasibility working groups

Experience in a fast-moving ecommerce environment
Customer obsessed
Excel & PowerPoint skills are required
Gambling industry experience a plus
