The key benefits include digitising regulatory and reporting processes, enhancing Flutter's reputation, and instilling confidence in investors.

We are seeking a highly motivated and expert Training Manager to support the successful delivery of a multi-year global finance transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud. Reporting to the Training Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating the design, development, and delivery of role-based training that enables users to confidently adopt new systems and processes.

You will work closely with training developers, local teams, and collaborators across the business to ensure training is aligned with programme goals and delivered effectively across all regions.

  • Ensure training materials are aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design guidelines.

  • Contribute to the definition and communication of role-based competency standards.

  • Contribute to the design and structuring of role-based learning journeys, ensuring they are sequenced appropriately and aligned to process areas, learner needs, and readiness achievements, so that users can expertly adopt new processes and ways of working.

  • Help maintain a central repository of training materials and job aids.

Training Delivery & Execution

  • Work closely with local teams to ensure training approaches are culturally appropriate, linguistically accessible, and tailored to regional needs.

  • Coordinate the delivery of training to all in-scope users, supporting a train-the-trainer model with local trainers.

  • Ensure training materials and job aids are deployed to all relevant end users.

  • Support the implementation and use of a training completion tracking system.

  • Facilitate post-training assessments to evaluate user competency and readiness.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Supervise training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Capture and analyse feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

  • Recommend updates to training programmes based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with organisational change, communications, and functional leads to ensure training is integrated with broader business readiness activities.

  • Build strong working relationships with global and local collaborators across the Polaris programme and finance teams.

  • Provide regular updates to the Training Lead and other partners on training progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Identify training-related risks and issues, and work to develop mitigation plans.

  • Act as a key point of contact for training-related coordination and support.
