BI Operations Specialist (Tracking & Data)

About the role

As a BI Operations Specialist within the Data & Business Intelligence (BI) team, reporting to the squad leader, you'll support and execute daily operational activities with a focus on tracking systems, data quality, and technical account management. You'll play a key role in keeping our internal systems running smoothly and ensuring consistency across tracking processes. This role is to be based in Malta.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ownership of tracking systems managed by the Data & BI team, including their configuration and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and maintain the health of internal Data & BI systems, including affiliate accounts and related configurations.
• Ensure data quality by regularly reconciling tracking systems with their original data sources.
• Contribute to the documentation and enforcement of tracking standards 
• Provide support to business stakeholders regarding affiliate account management and tracking link issues.
• Assist stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses related to affiliate performance and data.

Requirements:

• ECDL certification and/or proven experience/proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
• Strong experience in executing routine tasks, performing data reconciliation and data analysis.
• Proven ability to document and enforce processes related to data integrity and tracking standards.
• Experience in the iGaming industry, particularly within affiliation or operator environments, is considered a strong asset.
• Experience working closely with Data & BI teams is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and high level of motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
