As our Banking Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Monies‑In and Monies‑Out operations, ensuring that all banking‑related administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational performance and our ability to scale smoothly during peak sporting periods.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
· Sourcing and validating banking statement data in line with operational requirements
· Accurately capturing and processing manual credits within agreed SLAs to ensure a positive customer experience
· Assisting with administrative tasks across both Monies‑In and Monies‑Out functions
· Resolving queries and escalations timeously in line with team and company SLAs
· Communicating effectively with internal teams and external service providers to resolve issues and implement required changes
· Responding promptly to processor queries and supporting the resolution of payment‑related issues
· Ensuring VIP customer queries are prioritised and handled with care and urgency
· Identifying data or statement discrepancies and escalating issues to relevant internal teams or third‑party providers
· Highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency through process enhancements, automation, or bulk processing solutions
· Staying informed on current and upcoming sporting events to anticipate and prepare for transaction volume spikes
· Continuously developing your skills and knowledge through self‑learning and upskilling initiatives

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
· A BCom degree or currently working towards one
· Exposure to financial product development or implementation
· Experience working with banking systems, payment processors or financial reconciliations
· Prior experience in a high‑volume, transactional or operational environment
