Are you an experienced trader looking for a flexible part-time role with the possibility of a permanent position? Do you have a passion for sports and a talent for numbers? As an Associate Trader at Tabcorp, you’ll leverage your trading expertise while supporting our high-performing Sports Trading team.

What You’ll Do
As an Associate Trader, you will play a key role in managing odds, mitigating risk, and ensuring a seamless betting experience for our customers:

• Set and adjust betting odds across a range of sports events
• Monitor results and manage risks by adjusting betting lines in real-time
• Handle customer accounts and betting requests efficiently
• Provide timely updates and support to traders during unexpected developments
• Keep a close eye on betting trends and events to maintain market integrity

Flexibility is Key
Your availability for a rotating roster—including nights and weekends—places you at the heart of the action, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with trading experience, ideally in sports or racing markets.

You’ll also bring:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proven ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Confidence working across multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
