ENTER THE GAME

As a Corporate Communications Assistant, you will join a dynamic and collaborative team where you’ll contribute to shaping our brand voice, amplify our media and digital presence, and support cross-functional initiatives that drive impactful storytelling and engagement across our ecosystem.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Press Relations & Reputation :
    - Support the drafting and formatting of press releases and key messaging documents
    - Contribute to the preparation of spokesperson engagements and monitor media coverage
  • Projects & Engagement :
    - Assist in the rollout of the partnership with Respect Zone among our sports partners (coordination of initiatives, content preparation, monitoring and promotion of actions)
    - Provide operational support for Employer Branding projects (preparing materials, tracking timelines, reporting)
    - Support the organization of employee speaking opportunities (briefing notes, key messages, social media amplification)
  • Digital :
    - Contribute to the writing and publication of content for the corporate website and social media channels
    - Assist in managing the editorial calendar and tracking performance metrics

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

    - Minimum 6-month internship in communications, press relations, influencer marketing, or corporate communications
    - Ideally, 1 year of apprenticeship (work-study) in communications and/or project management
    - Previous experience in partnership management or cross-functional project coordination is a plus
    - Excellent writing skills (press releases, key messages, digital content)
    - Strong understanding of press relations, media, and influencer ecosystems
    - Good command of social media platforms and their best practices (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), as well as basic performance reporting
    - Ability to structure and manage projects (planning, stakeholder coordination, deliverables tracking)
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; analytical and synthesis skills; excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit; proactive and autonomous mindset

      WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

      • If your application is selected, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes),
      • You will then complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning),
      • You will meet Louise - Deputy Director Communication Corporate & Caroline - Corporate Communication Specialist.
      • Finally, you will have a final HR interview with Mathilde, including a debrief of your AssessFirst results.

      To ensure the best candidate experience, Betclic’s recruitment process takes an average of 4 weeks.
