What We are looking for

As a Global Brand Activation Lead, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Novibet's brand activation strategy across LATAM markets, including sponsorships, experiential marketing, and below-the-line initiatives. This role will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement through strategic partnerships and innovative activations while ensuring maximum ROI and brand alignment.

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of sports Sponsorships, including branding materials, experiential events, fan zones, stadium branding and social media content
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and local market teams to implement integrated activation campaigns
  • Act as the primary lead for agencies, sports properties, and vendors, ensuring all contractual rights and activation commitments are met
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to analyze ROI, providing regular performance reports and optimization recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ensure all brand initiatives adhere to local gambling advertising regulations and internal brand guidelines

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field; A post-graduate degree is considered a plus
  • 5 - 7 years in BTL activations, sponsorship, or sports marketing, ideally within regulated industries or FMCG
  • Proven success in managing complex projects and multi-channel campaigns with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and build trust with partners
  • Data-driven, resilient mindset with a passion for creating memorable fan moments
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is desirable
