ENTER THE GAME

We are looking for a Community Manager Assistant to contribute to the development and reinforcement of Betclic’s digital presence. In this role, you will support the coordination of our social media activities, help ensure a consistent and engaging brand image across platforms, and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing our visibility within the sports ecosystem.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be :

• Managing Betclic’s social media channels on X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads
• Moderating our channels through DMs and comments
• Leading Social Media projects with our partners (French National Team, Top 14, Betclic Elite, UFC, etc.)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for passionate and curious students, who bring kindness and enthusiasm to the team.

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are currently pursuing at least a Bachelor’s degree (third year or above) in Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
• You are a sports enthusiast and have knowledge of sports betting (being a customer is a plus!).
• You have a solid understanding of social media platforms.
• You are able to use Social Media management tools.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are comfortable using Office suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• You demonstrate adaptability, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
• And finally, you are fluent in English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Benoît will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). You will then meet Maxime - Social Media Manager & Virak - Social Media Executive your future mentor. Finally, Benoît will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
