What’s the position?
The Regulatory & Compliance Analyst is responsible for investigating and analyzing data for Sports Wagering. Experience working in sports betting compliance, online gaming compliance, or a highly regulated industry preferred.
The Regulatory & Compliance Analyst will be required to understand and analyze operations of the sports betting operation.
Receive and organize all requests for information from regulators and internal stakeholders.
Assist Regulatory & Compliance team with drafting internal and external communications.
Adhere to all internal controls and regulatory compliance for sports wagering and online gaming and accounting for the same.
Review sports wagering and online gaming promotions.
Prepare and compile alerts and risk control reports to be submitted to manager for review.
Utilize technology effectively to accomplish objectives.
Follow all procedures in compliance with the SHRD Internal Controls and state regulations.
Any additional duties as requested.
What are we looking for?
High School diploma or higher with 2 years experience in a highly regulated field.
Previous experience in sports betting compliance, online gaming compliance, or a highly regulated industry preferred.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
Must have time management skills.
Must be able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and respond to senior management, government authorities or gaming authorities inquiries on research subjects and matters.
Detail Oriented.
Able to present in front of groups, findings on due diligence research.
Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
