AI-Native Content Generalist

Description

The AI Content Generalist shall be responsible for transforming Product Marketing concepts into high-quality, impactful, and competitive marketing materials through the extensive use of generative AI tools.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure speed, quality, and creativity in delivering materials for Product Marketing, Sales, and product launches.

This position acts as a bridge between ideas and fully developed, usable content, enabling efficient execution and scalable content production.

This position shall not encompass strategic product positioning ownership, direct campaign execution, or ownership of product marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact product pitch decks and sales presentations
• Create one-pagers, battle cards, brochures, and case studies
• Ensure strong visual storytelling and content alignment
• Produce marketing copy, scripts, value propositions, and objection-handling materials
• Generate visuals including product screenshots, mockups, infographics, and banners
• Adapt and localize content efficiently across different markets and languages
• Create product demo and explainer videos for B2B operators
• Produce short-form social and promotional video content
• Develop talking-head videos using AI avatars
• Deliver clear and engaging storytelling through video formats
• Collaborate with Product Marketers across Casino, Sportsbook, CRM, and Affiliate domains
• Deliver materials within 24–48 hours for launches and product updates
• Support A/B testing initiatives by producing multiple content variants
• Develop reusable templates (presentations, video structures, copy frameworks)
• Maintain a centralized, brand-consistent content library
• Build and optimize AI workflows and prompt libraries
• Ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity
• Propose and explore new content formats (e.g., interactive demos, AI storytelling)
• Test and evaluate new AI tools and models
• Identify and refine the most effective prompting techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in marketing content creation
  
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Gamma, Beautiful.ai or similar)
• General understanding of iGaming, gambling, or B2B tech industries
• Experience in multilingual content adaptation
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut or similar
• Copywriting skills for B2B technical audiences
• Solid visual design sense (layout, color, hierarchy)
• Basic video editing and storytelling capabilities
• Prompt engineering and ability to control AI-generated output quality
• Text: ChatGPT, Claude 3.5/4, Grok, Gemini
• Image: Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo AI, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion
• Video: Runway (Gen-3/4), Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen
• Voice: ElevenLabs, Murf.ai
• Presentation/Video tools: Gamma, InVideo AI, Pictory
• Ability to iterate quickly and detect AI errors and hallucinations
• Fast-paced mindset with a speed-first approach to delivery
