Description
The Accounting Clerk Team Lead shall be responsible for overseeing the Company's receivables, payables, reports, as well as coordinating the work of the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of requests to provide funds to the Company's account, as well as business trip expenses
- Distribute Jira requests and verify the processing of invoices received from local and foreign suppliers
- Oversee the movements of fixed assets, based on the Jira requests received
- Support the work related to the implementation of new software
- Verify warehouse output and movements monthly, organize quarterly inventory management
- Verify and archive order-requests
- Set priorities for the team, distribute work
- Organize efforts aimed at the rapid engagement of new hires
- Coordinate the work of the unit, conduct mentoring
- Perform other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position
Requirements
- Higher education in Economics, Accounting or other related fields
- 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of Armenian Software,1C, E-invoicing, and other related accounting software
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
