We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and act as a trusted strategic partner to business leaders. In this role, you will help shape people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and support sustainable business growth through data-driven and people-centered HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to improve team effectiveness, engagement, and performance
- Translate business needs into impactful HR solutions and initiatives
- Support workforce and organizational planning aligned with business strategy
- Lead and support change management initiatives during organizational growth or transformation
- Coach leaders on people management, performance, feedback, and employee engagement
- Analyze engagement, retention, and performance data to identify trends and recommend actions
- Support salary review and KPI defining processes, and contribute to HR budget planning
- Promote and strengthen a people-centric, high-performance culture
- Act as a mentor and thought partner within the HR team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR roles
- Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
