Job title: YouTube & Twitch Content Coordinator

Overview of the role:
We are looking for a YouTube & Twitch Content Coordinator to join our team in Leeds.
You will be a member of a team directly influencing how we communicate and interact with our audience and play a major part in how fans experience and engage with our brands.
The role will be responsible for optimising, scheduling, and publishing YouTube and Twitch videos, live streams, and posts for established brand channels. You will be responsible for maintaining a schedule of marketing content aligned to key commercial moments, as well as exploring innovative ways to execute content marketing.
You will support editorial plans and activities as part of a small team, with the goal of increasing brand awareness through compelling and engaging content. You will execute plans for strategic development with a focus on growth, the fostering of high community engagement, and the creation of best-in-class unique content.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.
What you’ll do:
Creating and optimising effective content titles and descriptions for brand-owned YouTube channels. Testing and feeding back to channel thumbnail strategy
Tracking and updating content schedules across Twitch and YouTube channels, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date and supplied with correct assets and information
Scheduling and executing content delivery of brand marketing assets. Optimising and testing with live content packaging
Analysing performance to showcase the results achieved and how they reflect the strategy, as well as drawing actionable learnings to improve the performance
What you’ll bring:
Ability to coordinate effectively with business units
Ability to channel performance data into strategic decisions
Ability to think outside the box to execute innovative content ideas
Ability to stay up to date with and adapt quickly to the YouTube and Twitch scene
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends, when required
Writing, editing, and copywriting skills. Understanding of writing for SEO
Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
Understanding of YouTube and Twitch trends and best practices preferred, but not essential
Experience with YouTube and Twitch analytics preferred, but not essential
The role requires someone with excellent writing and proofreading skills, strong organisational and analytical acumen, and a willingness to learn about YouTube, Twitch and other social media. You are expected to be engaged in the world of Social Media and be passionate about poker content.
A knowledge and enthusiasm for the game of poker is preferred, but an awareness and understanding of PokerStars’ cultural and global brand is critical in taking on the role.
