JOB SUMMARY:  

The Vice President of Regional Marketing leads the development and execution of marketing strategies across a portfolio of gaming properties. This role ensures alignment with enterprise goals, optimizes marketing performance and reinvestment, and guides cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

  •  Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned casino properties in collaboration with property leadership and Shared Services teams. 
  • Lead the creation of annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with gaming, hotel, and non-gaming revenue targets. 
  • Guide the development and execution of property marketing calendars, promotions, and events to drive visitation and profitability. 
  • Collaborate with central teams (brand, advertising, PR, digital, analytics) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign integration across all channels. 
  • Support entertainment, F&B, and retail marketing initiatives, including promotional planning and strategic partnerships. 
  • Monitor marketing spend and ROI, ensuring accountability and alignment with property goals. 
  • Ensure clear communication of marketing initiatives, updates, and corporate directives across all properties. 
  • Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across regional teams and properties. 
  • Mentor and develop on-site marketing leaders, supporting career growth and talent retention. 
  • Represent marketing at key property events and engage with high-value guests as needed. 
  • Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies. 
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks. 
  • Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior. 
  • Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct. 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:   

  •  3+ years of senior level marketing experience; deep understanding of finance and drivers of performance 
  • Bachelors in marketing, business, operations management, finance, or related field, preferred 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  •  Ability to drive marketing strategies across multiple locations 
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activities 
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
