As VP Design – App Experience, you will join the Design team, composed of passionate and talented individuals dedicated to crafting unforgettable in-app experiences across our core verticals: Sport, Poker & Casino. Your role will be to define and lead the design vision, ensuring that every user touchpoint is meaningful, seamless, and emotionally engaging.

This job is for you if:
If your application is shortlisted, a recruiter will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
About two weeks later, you will either take a technical test with one of our Design experts or work on a case study to present to our Head of Design.
Next, you will meet your future manager (Chief Product Officer), followed by a meeting with a member of the Executive Committee. Finally, the recruiter will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
