About the Role

Strategy is a driving force at Inizio Evoke. You'll have the opportunity to shape brands, partner with world-class creative talent, and influence how healthcare communications evolve.

The Vice President, Brand Strategy is a senior leader within the Strategy team, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to create and shape high quality thinking and work and elevate the strategic product of the agency. You will blend a broad understanding of audience needs with demonstrated brand development expertise to shape solutions for the rapid, changing demands of our clients.

This is an EST based remote role reporting to the Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Brand Stewardship

• Transform insights into actionable strategies, providing clear POVs and senior thought-leadership

• Challenge assumptions and lead across disciplines to ensure the entire picture makes sense

• Identify and shape organic growth opportunities with senior clients and leadership

• Lead strategic thinking for new business pitches

Client Partnership & Business Impact

• Be a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, clearly identifying the problems to solve, confidently presenting strategic recommendations and influencing decision-making

• Lead high-impact strategy recommendations, presentations and workshops that drive engagement and deliver on brand objectives

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive the long-term brand vision while balancing immediate business demands

Agency Leadership & Collaboration

• Champion creative excellence by translating strategic insights into inspiring briefs and actionable direction

• Elevate our strategic product by identifying opportunities to evolve storytelling, speed to insight, and thought leadership

• Foster the growth of our strategy department through mentorship

What You Bring

• 10+ years of relevant brand strategy experience, with significant experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences marketing within an agency environment

• Demonstrated expertise in owning and leading brand strategy development, ideally in pre-launch environments for HCP and patient

• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills that engage and influence decision-makers

• A collaborative style with the ability to partner and influence across disciplines and levels

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, or related field
