As our VIP organization grows, Salesforce will serve as a central hub connecting events, player engagement, analytics, and execution. This role helps bring structure, coordination, and momentum to that ecosystem.

 

What’s the position?

The Coordinator - VIP Salesforce supports the execution and coordination of Salesforce-related initiatives for the VIP team and reports directly to the VIP Marketing Project Manager. This role blends Salesforce execution, project coordination, and cross-functional communication — ensuring VIP initiatives move forward efficiently and accurately.

 

You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, VIP Analytics, and VIP Coding to support events, player engagement workflows, and evolving VIP processes. This is a foundational role for someone who enjoys connecting people, systems, and timelines in a fast-growing environment.

 

Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

  • Support VIP initiatives through project coordination, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

  • Partner with the VIP Marketing Project Manager to manage workflows for Salesforce-related projects and VIP initiatives.

  • Communicate project updates, requirements, and deadlines to stakeholders across the VIP organization.

 

VIP Event & Initiative Support

  • Coordinate Salesforce setup and execution for VIP events, including attendee tracking, follow-ups, and post-event documentation.

  • Support event-related records and workflows to ensure accurate reporting and future planning.

 

Account Manager & Account Executive Enablement

  • Build and maintain Salesforce profiles and visibility tools for Account Managers and Account Executives.

  • Serve as a point of contact for AMs and AEs regarding Salesforce needs tied to player engagement and events.

  • Support portfolio organization and player visibility across VIP-facing roles.

 

Salesforce Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in building and managing Salesforce campaigns tied to VIP initiatives and events.

  • Support configuration and maintenance of Salesforce objects, fields, and views aligned to VIP workflows.

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, training and basic troubleshooting for the VIP team.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with VIP Analytics to ensure Salesforce data supports reporting and insights.

  • Partner with the VIP Coding team to support accurate player assignment and visibility.

  • Act as a liaison between VIP teams to ensure alignment across systems and processes.

 

Process Development & Documentation

  • Help document evolving VIP Salesforce processes, workflows, and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and clarity as VIP operations scale.

 

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Support additional VIP marketing, operational, and project-based initiatives as needed.



What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with a solid foundation in Salesforce and an interest in VIP operations, events, and project coordination.

 

You’ll succeed if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience working in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).

  • Have experience supporting Salesforce campaigns, profiles, or CRM workflows.

  • Are comfortable coordinating projects and working across multiple teams.

  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Account Executives, and analytics teams.

  • Thrive in an evolving, early-stage environment.
