We are looking for a VIP/Sales Trainer who will be responsible for the line management, growth and motivation of the VIP account manager team.

Requirements:
Proficiency in English written and spoken
Proactive person with good support/sales skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Problem Solving skills
Attention to details
Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Onboarding newly hired VIP account managers
Checking VIP Account manager day to day work
Making sure VIP Account managers are setting the stage for an excellent player experience
Monitoring VIP account manager performance & behaviour
Ensuring that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
