What’s the position?
We’re looking for a VIP Sales Operations Associate, a back-end operations role designed for someone passionate about gaming, comfortable working with data, and eager to directly support a high-performing VIP sales team.
This is not a customer-facing role. Instead, you will work behind the scenes to identify, source, and organize leads for the VIP Growth team’s daily outreach, hospitality planning, and new acquisition initiatives. Your work will directly shape who the team talks to and when — making you a critical engine of VIP pipeline growth.
You will work closely with the Director of VIP Growth and the broader sales team, contributing to daily targeting workflows, lead sourcing strategies, and cross-functional acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Identification & Daily Targeting
Identify and surface prospective leads for the VIP sales team’s daily outreach queues
Support the daily targeting workflow by sourcing and organizing top leads per rep
Analyze player data to prioritize leads by potential value and engagement signals
Maintain lead quality standards and ensure pipeline accuracy across all active initiatives
Hospitality & Event Lead Sourcing
Identify high-potential leads for VIP hospitality events, live activations, and promotional opportunities
Support hospitality planning by pulling player lists, cross-referencing eligibility, and building targeted invite pools
Coordinate with the VIP team to ensure hospitality pipelines are populated ahead of key events
New Lead Acquisition & Channel Development
Source new VIP leads across a variety of acquisition channels including live events, activations, affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and lead generation partners
Research and identify prospecting opportunities within target markets
CRM & Data Operations
Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records within Salesforce
Ensure lead data integrity across the pipeline, including proper status tracking and initiative tagging
Support reporting on lead volumes, sourcing performance, and pipeline health
Assist with data hygiene projects to keep the CRM clean and actionable
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with VIP Account Executives to understand daily lead needs and priorities
Work cross-functionally with Omni, Partnerships, and partner properties to develop and support VIP lead sourcing across key acquisition channels
Provide input on sourcing strategies and identify gaps or opportunities in the current lead pipeline
What are we looking for?
Must be located in FL
1–2 years of experience in gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or a closely related industry
Strong knowledge of the gaming landscape and an ability to identify high-value player profiles
Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple platforms and tools simultaneously
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
Comfortable working with data to draw conclusions and prioritize actions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
Proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Nice to have:
Experience using Tableau for data visualization and reporting
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude for workflow automation and productivity
Background in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or lead generation
Experience supporting sales operations or outbound sales teams
