Let’s start with the role


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven VIP Sales Agent to join our team and play a key role in building strong relationships with our most valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily calls with high-value VIP and ex VIP clients, delivering exceptional and personalized service to enhance engagement and long-term loyalty.
  • Assist players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoy our products.
  • Reduce player churn and re-engage non active accounts.
  • Promote our betting and gaming brands, campaigns and overall offering.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
  • Execute reactivation plans and other campaigns in order to optimize customer engagement.
  • Work closely with internal departments—such as Marketing, KYC, and Customer Support—to align on initiatives and implement targeted campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Swedish, German or Dutch
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high-value customers
  • Target oriented and driven by achieving objectives
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive or high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Experience in iGaming or/and VIP support is a plus
  • Work in shifts according to business needs
