The Role
We are looking for an experienced VIP Account Manager to join our growing Team. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value players, building strong, personal relationships that drive retention, loyalty and value. This is a key role, where your ability to understand player behaviour, anticipate needs and deliver world-class service will make a meaningful impact on performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of VIP players.
- Monitor player activity daily to identify retention and reactivation opportunities.
- Deliver a proactive, personalised service via phone, email and messaging app.
- Analyse player data to identify potential growth or churn risk.
- Collaborate with CRM, Payments and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure optimal player experience.
- Coordinate tailored offers and bonuses aligned with player value.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the VIP strategy through feedback and insights.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a VIP Account Manager or in a similar role within iGaming sector.
- Proven track record of managing VIP portfolios and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent understanding of player behaviour.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - confident, engaging and discreet.
- Data-savvy mindset with ability to interpret player performance metrics and act strategically.
- Passion for online gaming, customer service excellence and delivering premium experiences.
